Coaching Clients Tracker is a private app for managing coaching clients and sessions. This notice describes its Google Calendar import.

Google data the app accesses

The app requests read-only Google Calendar permission. When the owner chooses to fetch events, it reads events from the primary calendar for the selected week or month, including their titles and start and end times. It does not request permission to change Calendar events.

How the data is used and stored

The app displays fetched events for review and matches them to existing client names. Fetched event details are held in the app session while the owner reviews them. If the owner imports a selected event as a coaching session, the tracker saves the matched client, date, and duration in its own session records. The saved session record does not include the original Calendar event title. Google OAuth access and refresh credentials are stored in the app's private token file or server secrets so it can request and renew read access.

Access and sharing

The event import runs in the private application. These public information pages do not contain event or client data. The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send imported Calendar events to another user.

Control

The owner chooses when to fetch events and which suggested sessions to import. The owner can revoke the app's Google access in their Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future Calendar reads; previously imported coaching-session records remain in the tracker's own data until removed there.
